Biography
Keith K.H. Young joined the firm in 1985. He excels in cases involving defective products, motor vehicle accidents, and industrial accidents. Mr. Young also has particular interest in cases involving extremely complex situations. Mr. Young has participated significantly in the successful prosecution of cases ranging from: the Subaru Telescope fire at the summit of Mauna Kea, Hawaii; to the crane collapse at the summit of Haleakala, Maui; to the three separate H-3 freeway structure collapses on Oahu, Hawaii; to several industrial and farm equipment crush cases on Kauai, Oahu and Maui; to power line explosion cases on Oahu; to several catastrophic vehicle collision cases on Hawaii, Maui, Oahu and Kauai; to groundwater pesticide contamination; to several "Bad Faith" insurance cases; and defective pharmaceutical and chemical exposure cases.
