Biography
Patrick F. McTernan joined the firm in 1989. He practices in all areas of personal injury, but with emphasis in admiralty and maritime law. Mr. McTernan is a Proctor Member of the Maritime Law Association of the United States and a Member of the Admiralty Law Sections of the Hawai‘i State Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, and the American Association of Justice. Mr. McTernan is also a member of the Senior Counsel Division of the Hawai‘i State Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association.
