KALALAU, KAUAI (HawaiiNewsNow) -Five months after a tour helicopter went down (http://www.hawaiinewsnow.com/story/30991205/5-injured-after-tour-helicopter-makes-hard-landing-on-kauai-beach) on Kauai's Na Pali coast, its passengers are taking the company to court.
Six people and the pilot were on board the Blue Hawaiian chopper on a sightseeing tour when it made a hard landing on Kalalau Beach.
Five of the passengers suffered injuries, including a 34-year-old woman who was paralyzed from the waist down.
The plaintiff's lawyer, Rick Fried, says the exact cause of the crash is still unclear.
"It seems like it could have been a problem with the fuel line," Fried said. "When we get into discovery we'll learn whether it was a maintenance problem, a manufacturing problem or exactly what. That's to be determined."
